Navy Tactical Concealed Carry (H92240-15-D-0008; Award date June 2015): TRC serves as the Prime for a base year, plus 2 option years, for 4 and 5 day courses to provide training to Navy SEALS for concealed carry pistols training in foreign environments/low signature environments. These specialized courses meet NSW requirements, as well as provide training in proper techniques of concealed carry, pistol marksmanship, combat engagement in confined spaces, and combat scenarios most likely to be encountered by Operators working in various areas of operations. A combination of classroom instruction, simulator devices, live fire and scenario based training teaches Operators how to defend themselves in a concealed carry environment. TRC trains up to 64x students at TRC for each iteration of training.
USSOCOM Self Defense Training (H92236-18-P-4010; Award date February 2018): TRC serves as the Prime for this 5 year contract. The curriculum and training methodology are designed to provide self-defense training to USSOCOM personnel deploying overseas. Personnel become proficient in defending themselves in quick reaction, life threating, hand–to-hand situations they may encounter in a low-signature environment. TRC runs 6 courses each year, consisting of 15 students each class.
Security Assistance Training Management Organization (W91247-16-A-A002; January 2016 – Present): TRC provides range facility access to the Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) in support of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
Explosive Ordnance Detachment (EOD) Pistol & Carbine Training in support of
Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) (W900KK-14-D-0001-0088, Award date May 2018): This 5 day pistol & carbine marksmanship course is designed to train students on how to reinforce and master the fundamentals of marksmanship (carbine and pistol) as well as train tactical marksmanship application techniques, CQB/CQC during daylight and no light/low light environments, and reflexive shooting under stress while engaging targets at an unspecified distance, shooting while moving, rapid target acquisition with weapons mounted light system to include IR laser, target discrimination, and reflexive visibility weapon handling. The duration of the course is five days and consists of 10-12 students. The primary instructor is a former U.S. Delta Force Operator. TRC runs multiple courses throughout the year which is contracted using the Special Operations Forces Requirements Analysis, Prototyping, Training, Operations and Rehearsal III (SOF RAPTOR III) contracting platform.
Strategic Communications (STRATCOM), PSYOPS and Civil Affairs: This 5-day, scenario-driven course covers the principles of strategic communications in an immersive inter-agency environment. Incorporating mind-mapping preparation strategies, Performance Optimization/Mental Skills Training tools to enhance performance, and SMEs with recent, relevant experience from DOS, DOD and the Media who provide individualized feedback and instruction, the course provides students with invaluable insights and real world stress for an optimal training experience. The course is ideally suited for personnel preparing to deploy for work in a U.S. embassy. TRC trains ~25 students per class and executes up to 6 courses each year.
G4S, 21st Special Tactics Squadron (STS) and CACI International (2015-Present): TRC provides short and long-term range facility lease agreements and specialized logistical support.
