We keep our course enrollment to an 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio to maximize personal attention. Should you have to cancel, please notify us at least 30 days in advance of the course in order to receive a refund.

Courses booked within the 30-day window will not be refunded. 

No-shows or cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited to future training. This policy is designed to minimize the impact on other student and instructor schedules resulting from a cancellation.
